Antique Victorian Brussels lace flounce has beautiful handmade lace florals with a fancy scalloped bottom edge. It is a creamy antique white in color. This piece is excellent condition to age with no tears ; 2 of the floral medallions on the lower edge need a minor amount of re attaching around the circular frame.
